A First Look At What Would Launch At The Consumer Electronics Show 2024
The media received a "first look" intro to what was in store for over 150,000 attendees of CES 2024 a few days before the show officially opened. CES Unveiled was a night for press and media to get upclose and personal with tech companies both large and small premiering everything from the latest motorized stroller, to AI driven home security, and even a single serve Keureg-like ice cream maker.
The Consumer Tech Association (CTA), producers of CES, put together a soiree just for media complete with open bar, light bites, and easy access to participating exhibitors. Attendance was healthy, but no where near the insane numbers of the general attendees once the show officially opened, and our Tech Deck Magazine writers were able to test out some pretty cool product.
Participating in CES Unveiled as a tech exhibitor can be a game-changer for companies looking to gain up-close attention from the attending media. The more intimate setting encourages more in-depth discussions and hands-on demos with media, making it more probable that you might get included in a feature or writeup. Unlike the bustling atmosphere of the main CES event, CES Unveiled offers a more relaxed environment conducive to building meaningful connections. Exhibitors can use this opportunity to articulate their brand story, highlight unique features, and address any queries from journalists, establishing a solid foundation for media relationships that extend beyond the event.
If you're considering participating as an exhibitor, we highly advise involving a PR or media relations firm like The V Agency to field media inquiries and provide professional product marketing strategy. Also, the more demo product you have on hand, the better the chances of capturing media attention for product reviews.
